Data source
All holdings and insider records on this site are pulled from public SEC EDGAR submissions and filing archives. Each filer page links directly to the underlying filing document on sec.gov.
Parsing and normalization
- 13F info tables are parsed into issuer, CUSIP, value, share count, and inferred ticker fields.
- Form 4 feed items are extracted from each issuer's recent submissions index.
- BTC-linked labeling is rule-based and may miss edge cases where issuer names or tickers vary.
Refresh cadence and limits
Data refresh runs on a scheduled GitHub Actions pipeline. 13F remains a delayed snapshot by design, and this site may contain mapping or parser errors. Verify important values against original SEC filings before use.
